RAPID LONG BOTTOM TUBE DYEING MACHINE (Single vessel two chamber design) Rapid long bottom tube dyeing machine working concept is same compare with conventional rapid long tube single chamber fabric dyeing machine, but the major feature of this machine is, machine liquor ratio is nearly half than conventional rapid long tube single chamber fabric dyeing machine. In this machine fabric not floated but it’s run nearly in dry condition. Another feature of this machine is single vessel two chamber design, because of its fabric loop length is reduce and its also reduce the running cost, capital cost as well as process time.
