RELAX ROTARY DRUM WASHER MACHINE For treating complicated polyester twisted georgette fabrics. The Rotary Drum Washer is the most effective scouring and relaxing machine. Depending on the conditions of the fabrics, about 20% shrinkage can be obtained in case of polyester georgette. Great efforts has been put to obtain even and perfect scouring and relaxing effect for polyester. TECHNICAL FEATURE: • Capacity: 50Kgs. To 1000 Kgs. • Max. Working Temperature 130° C. • Max. Working Pressure – 3 kg/cm² • Vessel made from AISI SS 304 • Inner perforated Basket made form AISI SS 316 L highly corrosion resistance stainless steel. • Main gear motor with A.C. motor & frequency controller. EXCLUSIVE FEATURE: • Inner rotor is so designed for excellent performance of high density fabrics. • Easy loading and unloading of fabric as both the side door. • Safety device are so designed to provide maximum safety of the machine and surrounding area. • Uniform scouring is possible as its special design. • Shrinkage can be obtained about 20-25% depend upon the condition of fabric. • Heating & cooling can be controlled manner. • Designed shrinkage can be possible by adjusting time, temperature, pressure and rotation of rotor. • Without pressure machine can be also use as atmospheric rotary drum washer.
